The Jewish cemetery in Łódź in Poland is with 180,000 graves one of the world's largest Jewish cemeteries. It occupies around 40 hectares of land. On the site also 43,000 victims from the Ghetto Litzmannstadt (1939–1944) are buried in mass graves.
